I have just changed my card machines over to Zoe.
I must say the service was second to none and the card machines are fantastic. Touch screen and very easy to use, our staff love them!
Zoe came in to set up the machines in both my businesses and it didn’t take long, quick connection to the Wi-Fi and we were up and running.
Zoe talked us through everything and beat the competitive pricing we were currently paying which was fantastic.
I was very apprehensive at first to swap card machine suppliers but Zoe made the transition very smooth and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough.
We purchased an extra machine at Gin & Juice and it has allowed us to increase our take in peak times and serve our customers quicker and more efficiently which has also boosted staff moral because they are not waiting around for the only card machine, so things can now get done a lot faster.

Unbelievably fab service from Zoe Bordiuk – she came to see me, was just completely straight forward and honest – no big cheesy sales push at all, she just explained the product like a normal person and also explained the really simple buy out from my old contract really well.
Two days later the new machine arrived, and very lovely and sleek it is too, ten minutes at the end of the day we set it up with Zoe on the other end of the phone and hey presto we have a lovely new up to date, attractive and incredibly easy to use new card payment system.
I love that it’s so quick to process, that we don’t have to print and store all those annoying merchant slips as it stores all that information for you
PCI compliance is a tick box – takes seconds – and I can get my money into my bank account the next day.
I can even view all my transactions and other useful stuff that I haven’t quite worked out yet – really fab.
My old machine looks like a clunky old dinosaur in comparison.
